Come to awareness. Wide open attention. Breathe...
This week's reading is my adaption of Nancy MacCoachan: Paying attention to our respiration - taking slow, intentional, rhythmical breaths can, in and of itself, calm the chatter of our minds and bring us to a more focused, meditative awareness. It encourages what's known as Witness Consciousness; a state of mind from which we can both watch and participate in what we experience.
Notice the difference this makes in your yoga practice, and in your life off the mat.
