Yoga is when every cell of the body sings the song of the soul *Classes are on this week but not next. We'll resume April 25th/26th through the end of June Our yoga practice helps us to come face to face with how we are, and Who we are. From Sri Aurobindo: The practice of Yoga [not just asana] brings us face to face with the extraordinary complexity of our own being. |
