Our reading this week is a simple assertion from Sri BKS Iyengar: "In each pose there should be repose."
As you practice this week, take a moment for awareness, relaxation and unwinding before you begin to move. Remain aware, observing that the practice does not disturb that ease and unwinding - even when you are working at an "edge", or engaging in intense or strength-building practices.
