As you arrive at each posture, set an intention and then allow movement to emerge, unfold and fade away - in your engaged awareness and with its own timing - instead of trying to judge, force, compare, manipulate or control your way through your practice.
Our quote this week, from Swami Chetanananda, is an invitation to work this way: When there's no self-interest involved in what you do, then a lot of checmicals in your system don't get engaged. When those chemicals aren't present, then your ego doesn't have its usual relationship to the activity. It's a wonderful opportunity to explore pure action - to be aware of it and to feel it.
