Our reading this week is from Alastair Shearer, a meditation teacher from the UK, in his introduction to his interpretation of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali:
Yoga is a way to restore our lost wholeness, our integrity as complete human beings, by unifying [our] personality around a centre that is silent, unbounded, spacious and joyful.
This week, notice any false beliefs you carry about your "brokenness". In noticing - and without judging - see if you can use them as pointers to return to your best, deepest or truest self.
