This week let's explore our practice as a practice of love - in particular, loving those parts of ourselves we have rejected and judged. Can we practice meeting the tight and tender places in ourselves (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually) with curiosity, compassion, and kindness so we can heal and grow?
Our quote is an adaptation from the writing of psychologist John Welwood: Love as a personal path involves plowing the coarse and rocky ground of ego, [dissolving] the hardened places inside us , refining and enriching this soil so that life can grow more abundantly in us.
